Dr. Mountcastle’s Bio: Dr. Timothy Mountcastle is an experienced, board eligible, plastic surgeon dedicated to providing quality, state of the art plastic surgery to patients in the Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia and Washington, DC metropolitan area as well as to patient’s from around the world. He has been practicing plastic surgery since 2004. Dr. Mountcastle graduated from James Madison University in 1993. He then pursued medical school at Howard University College of Medicine and graduated in 1999. He then trained at the famed Charity Hospital in New Orleans for seven years and received diplomas in both general and plastic surgery at Louisiana State University. He also spent a short time at Georgetown after being displaced by Hurricane Katrina. During this time at LSU, he was the chief resident in both general and plastic surgery, which is a position given to the most deserving resident elected by the peers and staff. Currently, he is on staff at INOVA Loudoun Hospital, INOVA Fairfax Hospital, Fairoaks Hospital, Countryside Ambulatory and Loudoun Ambulatory Surgery Center. Mountcastle Plastic Surgery |
